Green goodness

One of my favorite vegetables is the spindly green bean. I don't know what makes it so good, but in my opinion, it's certainly a welcome addition to the table.

Here are some roasted GB's (although I think they could use more garlic... I love when the garlic is in visible chunks)

Here they are in casserole format, which I've never actually had... what's the deal with the canned mushroom soup? At least the onion/green bean combo looks quite nice.

I figure it's never bad to get some extra nutrients on a tired Monday.
